In 1986 Mike Madden led the first exploration dive in the Nohoch Cave System in Quintana Roo Mexico.  For the next 14 years he organized and led the exploration efforts in the world’s longest underwater cave system.  His exploration efforts were recognized by his induction into the prestigious New York Explorers Club 1991, recognition in the Guinness Book of World Records 1992 -1999 and as a finalist in the 1996 Rolex Awards for Enterprise.
